Since April 2025, KTD Creative has led the transformation of Keriton from a referral-heavy sales model to a scalable, data-driven digital ecosystem. We resolved critical technical barriers—including site security and performance issues—while building a high-intent, SEO-driven content engine aligned with the complex B2B healthcare buying committee.

By aligning “Zero Harm” messaging with persona-based funnels for Medical Directors and NICU leaders, we established the foundation to support SaaS revenue growth exceeding 50% and positioned the brand for integration into Natus’s broader global marketing infrastructure.

 

Brand Revitalization & Digital Execution

We strengthened brand clarity and consistency across all touchpoints by refining messaging, developing a new tagline, updating the logo, and creating a comprehensive brand style guide. Deliverables included ad campaigns, social media graphics, email drip templates, newsletters, print collateral, and strategic website refinement.

We rewrote SEO-optimized website copy, improved structure, usability, and accessibility, integrated Mailchimp with strong data hygiene practices, and ensured cohesive social branding across platforms.

To support data-driven growth, we implemented GA4, GTM, Search Console, structured event tracking, and conversion reporting. We conducted comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis across organic and paid search to identify differentiation opportunities within the feeding management space.
